I was setting up mateplus in order to use Yisi (https://github.com/chikiulo/yisi). I placed the necessary dependencies in the ./lib folder as described in the README.md. But somehow Mateplus always failed at dynamically loading the Stanford Core NLP .jar file, no matter what version I used. I tried this on openSUSE 15.1, with Java 1.8 (openJDK).
In the end, as a workaround, I simply merged the contents of the Core NLP .jar file into mateplus.jar, which made things work.
