devnet.deftrack is a DeFCoN devnet blockchain explorer that monitors DKG/LLMQ quorum formation and PoSe behaviour during masternode testing.

Its purpose is to measure current network behaviour and identify issues, allowing future quorum configuration changes to be compared against a real baseline.
