- Define statutory holidays (法定休日: Sunday) and designated holidays (所定休日: Saturday, national holidays, etc.) - Replace the broken substitute holiday (振替休日) system with compensatory leave (代休) requiring use within 2 months - Specify wage structure for statutory and designated holiday work (premium wages + holiday allowance) - Add mandatory 5-day annual paid leave requirement per labor standards law - Add leave priority rules: mandatory paid leave first, then compensatory leave Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
