UrlEncoded is incorrect

encodeURIComponent('http://') returns 'http%3A%2F%2F'
while
UrlEncoded("http://") returns "http://"

The proper function to use is: https://golang.org/pkg/net/url/#QueryEscape

Writing UrlEncoded(...) didn't feel right to begin with, felt like it should've already existed in a core package. Has url.QueryEscape(...) been there the entire time!?
