Clarify model identities and document image classification

The admin dashboard displayed typesafe beside Jev model versions, making unrecorded TypeSafe-route traffic look like a separate model. It now labels that traffic “Unknown model (TypeSafe route)” across usage, trends, failures, and the daily report, without assigning a model to historical requests. The Jev fallback alert now excludes unknown and explicitly selected non-Jev models, while still detecting actual fallback answers.

The developer guide now shows a working image request for POST /v1/systemone, removes the stale “coming soon” claim, and explains image limits and the TypeSafe JavaScript SDK’s missing images TypeScript field.
