Surface Pro and notify the owner of sign-ins and subscriptions

Adds a quiet Pro link to the homepage and durable owner emails for successful sign-ins and first paid Pro invoices. Customer-facing replies use contact@classifier.dev.

Stacked on #59. Production inbox delivery was confirmed for a fresh sign-in and a locally signed replay of the existing $20 invoice, including duplicate suppression. Stripe-originated replay still requires phone verification; no new payment was made. The earlier saved API key now returns 401, so the final Pro API recheck needs a current valid key; the active account and existing key were preserved.
