Hiya. Likely I won't be able to change the frame rate without impacting game logic. I did put an interpolation first pass into 0.6.2 alpha. It only works in single window mode. If you do detached screens, the performance impact was significant, so I wasn't able to ship it at present.

If the single screen mode feels right, we can explore on how I might be able to mature it into multi-display.
