Can we add 4.11.6 and 4.9.19 as the supported runtime versions?
4.13.0 and 4.12.1 will be supported in the future as they are supported in ACB
Also, DataSense resolution requires these supported runtime versions, while scaffolding works with any runtime version. Should we mention this distinction, or just list the supported runtime versions?
