Support API server

NMControl could support using a REST API server (see https://forum.namecoin.info/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2104) as backend. For security, one could specify an explicit TLS certificate fingerprint to check against when connecting.

This can be used (when enabled at the local client) also locally. It has the advantage that no config parsing is necessary, since the REST API is accessible without authentication. To test, run

nmcontrol --data.update.from=rest (locally, default port 8336)
nmcontrol --data.update.from=rest --data.update.rest=http://chain.huntercoin.org:8336 (public testing server)

I'll continue with TLS (since it is a crucial feature) support, including fingerprint verification, before submitting a formal pull request.
