PR intention

Load initial wallet transaction history in cooperative GUI-thread batches with nonblocking core/wallet locks, instead of one synchronous scan.

Code changes brief

Preserve live updates, suppress startup alerts, show loading state, block incomplete CSV exports, and initialize transaction row flags.
Add Qt regression tests and verify unchanged history rows with a 1,024-Spark-spend regtest fixture; individual decompositions and unrelated GUI stalls remain outside this fix.

Load initial wallet history with a timer and nonblocking core/wallet locks. Keep a hash cursor across callbacks, preserve live updates, suppress startup notifications, and prevent partial exports while loading.

Initialize transaction row flags and add Qt regression coverage for yielding, lock contention, concurrent notifications, export gating, and lifetime. Debug Qt tests pass; a 1,024-Spark-spend fixture produces identical history rows.
