Before we turn on the "there's still openings in these games" widget, we should have a widget that tells people what they can sign up for that won't be counted. There was confusion about that this year, we don't advertise it well. But having a prominent list would help, and also help GMs get NPCs for their games. I feel like that's not going well this year, partly because our schedule layout doesn't count NPCs in their "fullness" meter.
