Vulkan presentation reused a single render-finished semaphore across different acquired swapchain images. The official Atlas Linux package reproduced VUID-vkQueueSubmit2-semaphore-03868 under Wayland.
Allocate one presentation semaphore per swapchain image, select it using the acquired image index, and release it with the swapchain. This follows the Khronos semaphore reuse guidance.
Validation: source lifecycle review and
git diff --check. No local build was performed. Atlas package CI and target runtime validation remain pending after updating its pinned Opal revision. Related: neutralsoftware/atlas#238 and neutralsoftware/atlas#239.
