New minor for the guard feature from #93 (x402Serve() replay/rate-limit protection is new opt-in API, not a patch-level fix). Also adds prepublishOnly: "npm run build" - this package didn't have it, so a version bump with no rebuild could publish a stale dist. This is exactly the incident AGENTS.md's own private-repo playbook already documents happening once before; verified fixed via `npm publish --dry-run` (never `npm pack`, which does not run prepublishOnly). Bumps to 0.15.0 (minor - #93's guard config is new API, not a patch) and adds the prepublishOnly build hook this package was missing, so a version bump can never publish a stale dist. Verified with
