Cut 2.7.30

Bumps package.json, package-lock.json and cli/VERSION to 2.7.30 so the v2.7.30 tag matches what the launcher embeds.

Ships since v2.7.29:

• Sign the CLI in through a browser, and cut in the cloud from it #213 browser-based CLI sign-in and cloud render dispatch from the terminal
• Refuse a frame the renderer cannot draw, and honour two config keys #214 the renderer refuses a frame it cannot draw, and honours photo_object_position and line1_nowrap
