Talk about how Node.js is funded - foundation and company support

@wesleytodd and others opened up a great issue during collab summit last week. discussion coalesced around at least two discrete pieces of work.

this ticket would create a page somewhere that acknowledges

• LF
• OpenJS
• Companies donating time to allow employees to be release stewards
• Companies helping run the site
• Companies donating CI/Server resources, or anything else
• anything else i missed

curious if we all agree that #7991 covers the spirit of this issue. that feature doesnt explicitly discuss LF and OpenJS, but I think it might come close
