Goal Description

In the Scp330NetworkHandler.ServerDropCandy, no relevant event has been triggered, I want an event to know when a player discards a single candy

Notes

I think it's also fine to let it directly trigger LabApi.Events.Handlers.PlayerEvents.DroppedItem
