misattributed packages

Describe the bug

When I compare these two pages below, the NPMX page has 5 packages attributed to my username that I didn't publish myself.

(The "org" page looks correct https://npmx.dev/org/dbushell)

The misattributed packages are forks of my code published by another NPM user.

For example: https://npmx.dev/package/nestable was published by "luqin" who is listed under Maintainers on NPMX but not on their ~luqin page.

I think we use Algolia for this, so it must be wrongly attributing people on their end 🤔

We lists the serach results from useUserPackages.ts composable and Algolia search logic is in useAlgoliaSearch.ts. We are simply doing owner search here: https://github.com/npmx-dev/npmx.dev/blob/15dffc24e70f5228fd8978387aebebf44cee74de/app/composables/npm/useAlgoliaSearch.ts#L197C1-L197C48 Algolia might see wrong attribute or we may need to add additional filters.

Also, if I switched the search provider to npm, it returns only 10 packages, not the correct 14. dbushell-grunt-mustatic, grunt-svg2png, docker-wordpress-scripts, and gallimimus were missing. Something is not adding up. 😅

Related to #1888, the current Algolia search query does have issues.

Using the query I mentioned, we can retrieve 14 packages for ~dbushell (lost the newest one, possibly due to caching)
