Bunch of minor UI improvements

Package tab

1. Fix sidebar position on tablet (update sidebar style [incl. in skeleton version] from xl:pt-4 to lg:pt-4)

2. Add color transition to tooltip icons on hover (to fg)

3. Add color transition to "other versions" dropdown on hover (to fg)

Code tab

1. Decrease files and dirs transition durations to 100ms, configure transition to only affect color and background-color

2. Fix container-width icon (should be different on wide width - probably just change [.container-full>&]:i-lucide:fold-horizontal to [.container-full_&]:i-lucide:fold-horizontal)
