## What changed - Verify image-generation extensions rebind permissions on every turn, preserving session grants while expiring turn-only grants. - Cover executor skill reference reads under current filesystem permissions, including paginated reads, permission changes, and edits between pages. - Verify oversized live executor skill prompts emit a warning without replacing previously injected prompt content.
