[FR] Space description optional / compact space view

Idea

Currently, the header section of a space is always rendered, even if no description is set. This results in unnecessary use of vertical screen space without providing any content value.

Suggested improvement:

• Do not display the header area if the description is empty or not set.
• Optionally, introduce a configurable "trigger word" (e.g., #hide) in the description field.
  If this is detected, the header area should also be hidden.

This would improve layout efficiency and provide more space for meaningful content.

i think the proposal is an improvement, do you agree @kulmann and team?
I'd only do that if effort is low.

Generally not the biggest fan of the space header, hence I like the idea.

But I would also hide the h1-name of the space, since it's already present in the breadcrumbs. We would need to move the 3-dots-menu to the breadcrumbs then (which we should do anyways IMO to be consistent with all other folders).

We recently talked about this but couldn't come to a conclusion. What about simply reducing the size and moving the batch actions below the header? Looks much cleaner IMO. @kulmann @tbsbdr

Yes, definitely an improvement (and already actionable). 👍 But as the new default, not as a compact view IMO.
