Add basic print action to text editor toolbar

Description

This PR adds a print action to the text editor toolbar and provides a basic print pipeline that renders editor HTML into a print iframe.

The print logic is extracted into a dedicated helper and uses a separate print stylesheet.

Disclaimer: this is intentionally a very basic implementation, but we need to provide a print/PDF export option so users can print or export their content as PDF.
