Move the useSpaceActionsCreate composable to the files app (and the CreateSpaceModal component with in). Also remove the callback after a space has been created; users should subscribe to the spaces store instead to get newly created spaces.

useSpaceActionsCreateandCreateSpaceModalhave been moved to the files app. Get it from the extension system by extension point or via its idcom.github.opencloud-eu.web.files.spaces.action.create.stacked on #3299, works towards #3296
