Add Gateway API page with edge and re-encrypt termination examples
dca749d 
Add a new documentation page covering Gateway API on OpenShift with
practical examples for GatewayClass, Gateway, HTTPRoute (edge
termination), and re-encrypt termination using BackendTLSPolicy.

Includes:
- GatewayClass and Gateway setup with TLS and DNS configuration
- Basic HTTPRoute example with a simple test workload
- Re-encrypt termination via BackendTLSPolicy with documented
  CA certificate key name mismatch limitation and workaround
- Connection flow diagrams (edge and re-encrypt) in overview.drawio
- Troubleshooting section for Envoy config and endpoint inspection
- Link to Red Hat Connectivity Link tutorial for advanced policies
