Goal

Decide whether Openza Reader should ship a native ARM64 package alongside x64.

Context

The current package identity is x64 only. Windows on ARM may run x64 apps through emulation, but native ARM64 packaging would be cleaner for Store/public distribution.

Acceptance criteria

  • Confirm whether the dependency stack supports ARM64 packaging for this app.
  • Measure package/build impact.
  • Decide whether ARM64 is in scope for v0.2, v0.3, or later.
