Added an xlsx file with zika virus test metadata and the accompanying fasta file with sequences

The data used for testing was sampled from the INSDC data already ingested by PPX and the fasta sequence headers (IDs) were edited to clearly reflect that these are test sequences.

Thanks for opening this PR @arthurshem86 !

I attempted to submit these sequences to the Zika preview and noticed that the host for these sequences is 'Homosapiens' currently, which is rejected by the preprocessing pipeline:

Could you please update this to 'Homo sapiens'?

It would also be great if you could provide a brief explanations of where you got these sequences in the PR description, just so we have a record of how they were selected and where they came from

Thank you for flagging this @maverbiest The metadata file has been updated to include the correct format of the scientific host name. Therefore, you shouldn't be getting this error again upon testing.
