[docs] android: store screenshots for both locales

Captures the Play phone screenshots now that demo mode exists (#236), and updates the graphics checklist to match reality.

What's here

4 frames per locale (en-US, zh-TW), 1080 × 2400, straight from a real debug build on the parley-test AVD:

Why this is safe to publish

They come from DemoMode (#236): fictional fixtures, debug-only, no network. A capture run cannot put a real customer's meeting on a public store page, and it works offline. Fixture companies (Northwind Industrial / 北風工業, Sunlit Labs / 晴光實驗室, Meridian / 子午線) are invented, and both locales are authored rather than one being a translation of the other's walk.

README fixes

• The "Phone screenshots" section still claimed "There is no demo mode in the Android app" and told the reader to capture from a signed-in real account. Rewritten: demo mode is now the documented route, with the deep links and the reason the inner single quotes are mandatory (adb shell otherwise eats everything after ? — the same trap that makes a hand-tested parley://auth-callback?token=… silently no-op).
• ANDROID_HOME pointed at the Android Studio default (~/Library/Android/sdk); this machine's SDK is the Homebrew android-commandlinetools install. Corrected.
• Checklist rows for the feature graphic and screenshots flipped from Missing to Done.
