DAE status

In the reply to #328 you mention that you ware working on DAE support at the diffeqsolve level.
The last release contains lots of optimistix stuff, so I would like to ask about the status of DAE?

Hey there!

I'm afraid this isn't on my roadmap at the moment. I'd love to have it in, but it's not something I have time for myself right now.

I think what's needed is for someone to feel strongly enough about this to implement it :)
