Reported behavior
When Fable of the Mirror-Breaker resolves its chapter III ability, it returns to the battlefield but is not transformed — it comes back as the Saga side with a lore counter on it, instead of returning as Reflection of Kiki-Jiki.
Oracle text (verified from card-data.json)
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter.)
I — Create a 2/2 red Goblin Shaman creature token with "Whenever this token attacks, create a Treasure token."
II — You may discard up to two cards. If you do, draw that many cards.
III — Exile this Saga, then return it to the battlefield transformed under your control.
Expected vs actual
- Expected: On chapter III resolution, the Saga is exiled and returns to the battlefield transformed (as Reflection of Kiki-Jiki).
- Actual: The card returns to the battlefield in its non-transformed (Saga) form with a lore counter, continuing the saga loop incorrectly.
