Fixed in b745256 + ed39a1f. "Target creature you control deals damage equal to its power to each other creature and each opponent" now lowers to TargetOnly{Typed(Creature,You)} + sub-ability DamageAll{Power(Target), Typed(Creature,Another), Opponent, damage_source: Target}. The source-target picker appears, opponents take damage, and the chosen creature is the damage source for protection/wither/infect/damage-source-replacement interactions. Same fix unlocks Betrayal at the Vault, Spinning Wheel Kick, and Waltz of Rage.
