…rections Terraform: document the SDK-based provider (secrets are end-to-end encrypted by the provider, SSE is only needed for the management resources), the new phase_app, phase_environment, phase_service_account, phase_service_account_token, phase_invite resources and phase_role data source, and fix the examples: the "specific path" sample now matches its caption, the reference example is valid HCL, and tags no longer need to be pre-created since the API creates them. Go SDK: document the management methods and the new secret metadata, comment/tag and update-by-ID options. Public API: lease_ttl is an integer, DELETE /v1/secrets takes an array of IDs (as every example already showed), tags are auto-created, and the Azure identity examples use the same base URL as the AWS ones instead of mixing the cloud host with the self-hosted /service/public prefix.
