Logistics Master

A portfolio of operational data products, simulations and case studies for ports and supply chains.

This repository turns logistics problems—yard capacity, ETA uncertainty, terminal delays, empty mileage and operational visibility—into working prototypes, data models and decision-support tools. It is a portfolio and learning repository: each item clearly represents either a runnable prototype, a case study or research.

Looking for a quick tour? Start with the five projects below. For the scope of company-specific material, read the public-source and independence notice.

Repository map

Area Contains
apps/ Larger end-to-end prototypes: capacity exchange, shipment tracking, TOS and supply-chain workflows
tools/ Focused operational utilities: ETA, dwell time, delay risk, optimisation and dashboards
intelligence/ Market and technology intelligence for port logistics
companies/ Clearly labelled public-source research and illustrative case material
knowledge/ Notes and reference material on enterprise logistics technology
docs/case-studies/ Business-analysis and process-improvement case studies

What this portfolio shows

  • Logistics domain thinking — terminal, warehouse, transport and supply-chain workflows translated into measurable operational problems.
  • Engineering — APIs, dashboards, data pipelines, simulations, tests and deployable prototypes.
  • Data and analysis — KPI models, structured datasets, validation workflows and decision-support views.
  • Product and business analysis — user needs, process design, ROI framing and implementation trade-offs.

Project maturity

This is a deliberately mixed portfolio. Individual folders may be one of the following:

Label Meaning
Runnable prototype A working technical demonstration; not presented as a production deployment.
Case study A structured analysis of a realistic business or operational problem.
Research Public-source desk research and technology mapping.
Concept An illustrative product or architecture direction, intended to prompt discussion.
