Assert exceptions (maybe make them logic or runtime exceptions?)

Hello.
Why don't assert exceptions inherit LogicException or DomainException or RuntimeException? Since tests inherit the base PHP exception, they have to write PHP documentation specifying exceptions (throws), which seems unnecessary for tests.

Do you use the Testo plugin for PHPStorm? We planned to suppress similar warnings in tests at the plugin side.
But if RuntimeException fixes it, we can use it as a parent.
