Translation of php/doc-en#5893 and php/doc-en#5894 (commits cd7a4b9 and 4d624ce): para to simpara in the inline-only paragraphs, plus the punctuation and wording fixes of the English text. EN-Revision updated.
Fixed a few garbled or misspelled sentences in the same files along the way (missing question and exclamation marks, "sigle", "parA", "quiesiera", "Temas actuales :", a wrong "corto" example, the "regain the feature" sentence in the search chapter, and similar).
