訳文に影響しない原文の変更（空白・コメント・英文の typo など）か、訳文が先に追従していた変更なので、EN-Revision だけを更新します。 features/gc.xml は、その後の原文の変更（php/doc-en@5e6ca80）が未翻訳のため、EN-Revision を php/doc-en@23e8488 までにとどめています。
php/doc-en@c28836e、php/doc-en@c62ef37、php/doc-en@603435c のマークアップの変更（`<para>` → `<simpara>`、`<classname>` → `<exceptionname>`、空の `<xi:fallback/>` の削除）に追従します。訳文は変わりません。 install/unix/ の commandline.xml・litespeed.xml・nginx.xml は、その後の原文の変更（php/doc-en@8a4f1c0）が未翻訳のため、EN-Revision を php/doc-en@c28836e までにとどめています。
php/doc-en@f80105b に追従し、リテラル値を囲む `<constant>` を `<literal>` に替えます。訳文は変わりません。
