Open keybindings.json is hardcoded to Cursor instead of the default editor

In Settings on Windows 11, clicking "Open keybindings.json" tries to open Cursor, as shown in the below screenshot. I don't have Cursor installed, hence the error.

The same on mac, I guess T3 tries to open cursor by default
