experiment: make example projects more disoverable

Changes

This PR moves the example projects from the docs about page to the getting started guide to give it some more visibility

The examples are useful as they would be visible from the navbar in the getting started guide, hopefully cueing users to look at them to learn how they could use it in their stacks
