make test PTABLE=<path> assembled the driver against extern/ptable regardless, so a ptable under development could not be tested without moving the submodule checkout.
CFInfo and pcmciacheck use the ptable pager, which counted a wrapped line as one row.
All I/O ranges of an entry are listed, and an entry that does not parse no longer hides the ones before it. The help gives 720ns as the default CIS timing.
pcmciacheck and pcmciaspeed, as CFInfo already does.
The help uses the report pager instead of scrolling away.
Install copies the device, ptable.library and automount. Tools are a separate list with CFInfo and lsptres selected; the CF0 mountlist, the disk icon and the example cfd.prefs are optional, and Expert mode adds a LoadModule line shared with fat95. Setup writes ENVARC:cfd.prefs, and ENV: if wanted, from one question or list per setting; driver flags and risky options only in Expert mode. icons/ holds laid-out 16-colour icons for the archive. Build notes move to docs/building.md.
