[Feature] pybricks Downgrade for code #2737

Description

@instructorbetterminds

Hi, im an instructor that is currently using Pybricks to teach my students for both competition and normal classes in singapore.

Right now, we are in the middle of the competiton preparation and have a ton of code(using blocks). The recent 4.0.0 update is really good and i like all the changes made however because of the change it did affect our students work and we had to spend a good few minutes converting the changes.

While the changes themselves were not to massive(mainly the drive base blocks) and it was a quick change. i felt that we coud have done other things instead of waiting for the code to be changed

I searched up online thinking there might be a way to downgrade however to no avail i did not find anything which is why i am posting here.

i would like to suggest a downgrade of the code to allow our students to not be interupted due to a software update. this would also prevent situations where the kids have to program mid-competition and suddenly an update appears because they connected to the internet and it ruins their code because of a sudden panic change. it would also be nice if we can choose when to update instead of having it auto update.

thank you once again for making pybricks, such a revolutionary tool for keeping our Lego projects a live.

p.s. unrelated to the topic but it would be nice if we can select multipe motors for motor blocks as we have some non drive base robots that use such things, and yes we use multitask.
