Test fails with `PYTHON_JIT_STRESS=1`

Bug description:

A few tests fail when stress testing the JIT.

I think for several of the tests, this is a problem with the tests. They need to clear all executors on some code objects before running the tests.
Of course, there could very well be bugs in the JIT as well.

@markshannon I now close the issue, since #151609 fixes this issue and we now have CI for preventing future regression.
