Fixes auth POST case bug, User.username field rename, missing badRequest import, implements paginate, adds bun-types to tsconfig. bun test: 22/22 pass; tsc --noEmit clean. No test or dependency changes. Note: public unauthenticated POST is asserted by auth.test.ts and was preserved — confirm intended. paginate clamps invalid inputs.
