The .github repo hosts the project website. Move it from Experimental to Core and update its stack from Hugo to Docusaurus (migrated in #88).

Trivial, correct one-line change to profile/README.md: moves the .github repo from Experimental → Core and relabels its stack Hugo/HTML → Docusaurus, accurately reflecting the site migration in #88. The line is cleanly relocated under Core (no duplication) and the rossoctl/* URL matches the rebrand. DCO signed, Netlify preview passing.

Verdict: APPROVE — no issues.
