Triggers the fail-closed integration for the verified Optics Communications 2026 DCEEM passive-NLOS paper. The workflow checks out current master, synchronizes README/V2/survey/BibTeX, clean-builds bare_jrnl.pdf, validates citation resolution, semantic PDF text and rendered endpoints, and only then pushes the public-artifact commit.
