Triggers the guarded integration workflow for the verified computational-periscopy forward-citation gap. The workflow checks out master, synchronizes README/V2/survey/BibTeX, rebuilds bare_jrnl.pdf, validates citations/PDF semantics/rendering, and only then commits public artifacts to master.
