Triggers the guarded computational-periscopy integration from the current master workflow. The workflow synchronizes README/V2/survey/BibTeX, clean-builds bare_jrnl.pdf, performs strict citation checks plus token-robust PDF semantic/render validation, and only then pushes public artifacts to master.
