Triggers the guarded 23 August 2026 integration workflow for the verified SPIE 2025 acquisition-parameter NLOS study. The workflow checks out master, updates the public artifacts, rebuilds the LaTeX survey PDF, validates citation resolution and PDF semantics/rendering, and pushes only after all checks pass. This PR itself contains only the trigger marker and should be closed after the guarded public commit succeeds.
