Triggers the fail-closed integration for seven verified 2022–2025 radar NLOS predecessor papers discovered through forward-citation and lineage tracing. The workflow checks out current master, synchronizes README/V2/survey/BibTeX, clean-builds bare_jrnl.pdf, validates citation resolution, PDF semantics and rendering, and only then pushes the public-artifact commit to master. This PR contains only the trigger marker and should not itself be merged after the guarded public commit succeeds.
