Integrate nonconfocal NLOS resolution lineage

Adds three DOI-verified active-NLOS papers identified by the citation-tracing pass:

• sectionalized-ellipsoid conversion from non-confocal to timing-refined semi-confocal measurements;
• instrument-response deconvolution before LCT / f-k migration;
• spherical-slice-transform reconstruction for high-resolution non-confocal SPAD-array capture.

The PR workflow applies guarded cross-artifact edits, merges the bibliography, clean-builds bare_jrnl.pdf, renders and validates the PDF, checks citation uniqueness, and commits the generated sources/PDF back to this branch.
