"More Strings" discusses ownership and lifetimes before they are introduced

I realize that the 'intermediate' section of the book is not necessarily intended to be read in order, but I am reading it in order, and this first chapter of the intermediate section uses the words 'ownership' and 'lifetime' before I've seen them.
