well, final for now. I'm waiting on some changes to the
intrinsics::simdinsert and extract functions for some of the final intrinsics, and there are a couple very new intrinsics that even qemu will not run yet, so those will come when the tooling is there.A bunch of optimization improvements to s390x have just been merged into LLVM, so when those are available (with the llvm 21 upgrade I assume) we should revisit some of the llvm comments and add/enable more instruction test cases.
