Context
I've seen some other people have this issue, and I think I have more information that will be useful.
For a little context, I use Curseforge as my Minecraft Installation. After attempting to create a datapack to set all blocks in the FramedBlocks mod to "light" for my build, the game crashed. After this crash, the game continued to crash whenever I attempted to load into the game, even after removing the datapack (what I assumed to be the problem).
I uninstalled both Sable and Aeronautics (deleting, not just disabling) and the crash stopped. So, it had to be something to do with Sable. While looking through the installation folder, I noticed a .sable folder I hadn't seen before. Inside is /natives/sable_rapier_x86_64_windows.dll which looked suspicious, considering the crash description.
Attempting to delete it told me the file is in use. After some investigating in Resource Manager, I noticed that javaw.exe was suspended (it didn't appear in Task Manager). I force closed it and the game booted up with Sable just fine.
I believe this issue was caused by the initial crash (which I'm guessing was an unrelated issue) but made the game close improperly. That left the file still in use, albeit suspended and invisible in the Task Manager.
